Spain 'is not a racist country' - top sports official

Spain's secretary of state for sport Tuesday denied accusations the country was inherently racist, only that there were "outbreaks of racism", such as have occurred recently at some sporting events.

People in the UK do not realise that Hamilton is not popular in most other countries. His attitude and aggression has upset a lot of people, including the other drivers and petrol-heads.

To interpret the dislike as racism is one step too far for me.
