Max Mosley: McLaren logically should have been excluded totally for 2007, 2008

Max Mosley suggested on Friday that McLaren got off lightly with a $100m fine and exclusion from the 2007 constructors' championship. The FIA president at Spa-Francorchamps made it clear that he was not among the group of World Motor Sport Council members last Thursday who battled to minimise the team's sanction for espionage.
